Our Patients Tell Us…

Jodi said this about the PCN: “I was recently diagnosed with spinal stenosis and I wanted to treat it without painkillers.  My family doctor referred me to Greg [PCN Exercise Specialist] – I met with Greg 3 times…Greg developed a program that will have a positive impact on my condition.  When first diagnosed, I was very upset that I could not do a lot of my exercises. I was “down in the dumps”.  Greg gave me the confidence to continue with a lot of of my exercises and I know I can manage my condition.  I found Greg to be very knowledgeable and patient.  I was so very impressed with him!”
