Mom TribeWho should attend?
Women who are struggling with a wide-range of emotions before and/or after their baby arrives.
Program Format:
6 weeks: 2 hour group sessions
A safe, confidential and non-judgmental group where you can interact with mom’s who understand what you are going through as well as caring professionals to offer support. You will: - Learn about the ‘baby blues’ and the emotional changes that can occur after childbirth. - Practice self-care, relaxation techniques, including yoga, which are clinically proven to reduce stress and increase mom’s well-being. - Discuss the highs and lows of motherhood in a supportive space. - Connect with other new parents.
